Financial due diligence - Consultant / Senior Consultant (Remote Work)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Efficiently handling fieldwork on financial due diligence engagements.

- Manage buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, providing financial and business due diligence assistance to middle-market companies and private equity investors.

- Coordinating among various teams working on the engagement both in US and India.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 1-5 years of experience

- Qualified CA or CFA or MBA/PGDM in Finance from prestigious B school

- Articles experience is Assurance services will be an added advantage

- US Client facing experience is preferred
