Consultant/Senior Consultant - CRM - Salesforce - Consulting Group

Company Name] is now seeking a highly motivated CRM Project Manager to join our Salesforce CRM Practice to handle multiple projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing projects, bridging requirements between customer and design and implementation team. This is technical project management role. The selected person would also serve as a medium of contact between the onsite team and the offshore developers. The Candidate would also be responsible for contacting clients on business needs, translating business needs into analytics/reporting requirements, and interfacing with company and client to ensure successful delivery of required solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Works with project manager to deliver day to day activities

- Multi-tasking and ability to work between projects

- Good communication skills should be able to communicate with customers. A demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.

- Ensure projects are successfully implemented (technically) with high quality within project timelines

- Team player and should be willing to learn new technologies as and when needed

- Works with the design team for any technical inputs

- Peer review and testing

- Ability to work in team or independently (as needed)

- Supporting customer and handling support queries

Job Requirements:

- Strong understating of Salesforce platform and data structure

- Expertise in Salesforce products especially Sales Cloud and Service Cloud with at least 2-3 years of experience & 5+ Years for Senior Consultant

- Hands on expertise with APEX, point-and-click configuration, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components (desired)

- Integration experience using APIs, middleware is highly desired

- Willingness to travel for project related engagements as needed

- Salesforce Certified Administrator/Advanced Administrator

- Salesforce Certified Developer I

- Salesforce Certified Developer II

- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant

- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
