We have urgent requirement with one of the Big4 company as an Consultant/Sr.Consultant-Contract Management profile for Gurgaon Location if you are looking for change so can apply on the same

Roles & Responsibility-

JD- Contract /Specialist:-

Designation - Consultant / Sr.Consultant

1-Responsible for managing & handling contract management assignments. Activities include analysis of contracts, bench marking of SLAs/contract conditions,

2-Management & administration of contracts and assisting client in automation support/ deployment of contract management tools.

3-Responsibilities include ascertaining the contractual obligations (commercial, operational, legal etc) in procurement contracts,

4-Providing training and guidance to onsite team in monitoring compliance of contractual conditions, updating client's management w.r.t work progress/ non compliance etc.

5-They should be open for Travelling.

6-They should have Excellent communication skills.

7-Education Qualification- B.Tech / B.E
