Overview :

The Risk Finance Change team consists of full time project managers and business analysts with responsibility for projects spanning Credit Risk, Market Risk, Product Control, Valuations, Treasury and Financial and Regulatory Reporting. The team works closely with its stakeholders and sponsors in the line and maintains a close working relationship with Technology partners, both internal and external, candidate with strong UK Liquidity reporting experience (3-5 years or upto 3yrs) where the role is based out of Mumbai. See the JD below and please aim to get candidates with strong Investment banking domain and BA experience (as a default) with specific experience on UK Liquidity reporting. Key Skills :

Role & Responsibilities:

- Business Analyst to work across different components of Ledger like Trading/General ledger, Journal rule engine, Static requirements, Reporting, Reconciliation etc.

- Required to understand Front Office to Back Office system architecture, data flow and feed requirements for Ledger posting.

- Strong domain on lifecycle of Equity, Fixed Income, FX and OTC products.

- The BA will work mainly with India BA team and will be required to liaise with relevant User Group i.e. Product Control/Finance Control/GLIC in Japan and will also need to co-ordinate with Finance IT dedicated to this project.

- The role is very hands-on and requires good analytical skills, understanding of products & accounting knowledge is essential.

- Immediate deliverables will focus on requirements gathering & documentation, maintaining key project documentation (plans, action logs, RAID logs), analysis of strategic data sources, and management of the regular testing cycles

- Prior experience in Ledger Implementation projects would be preferred.

Skills:

- Proven track record in business analysis, including gathering and documenting business requirements, functional specifications and test scenarios

- Ability to translate and document business concepts and requirements

- Must have had experience working according to a project plan and delivering technology solutions - Basic to Intermediate level of SQL knowledge is essential

- Working knowledge on Axiom product will be desirable, though not mandatory

- A sound understanding of the project life cycle

- experience working on projects utilizing Agile methodology would be advantageous

- Strong stakeholder management in order to drive the project forward and ensure milestones are met

- Confident self-starter who can work under pressure, using their own initiative and with the drive to see tasks through to completion

- Ability to work to aggressive deadlines

- Excellent communicator and influencer, able to build relationships with colleagues at all levels from a range of departments, business areas and cultures

- Initiative and ability to think laterally

- Very strong attention to detail

- Experience working with colleagues across multiple regions
