This is regarding job opportunity with one of the big4 for the position of Liquidity Reporting /Risk-Business Analyst.
Job Responsibility:-
Business Analyst to work across Liquidity reporting projects with global stakeholders, focusing on both local regulatory deliverable as well as the internal liquidity model. The project is very closely aligned with global Basel III regulatory deliverable, and will share some infrastructure and data
The BA will work directly with SMEs in Treasury, Product Control and the Front Office, as well as with colleagues in IT, who are dedicated to this project
The role is very hands-on and the project has a number of aggressive deadlines to meet
The project will deliver a number of different applications for Liquidity reporting, including both in-house and third-party vendor tools
Immediate deliverable will focus on requirements gathering & documentation, maintaining key project documentation (plans, action logs, RAID logs), analysis of strategic data sources, and management of the regular testing cycle
Basic to Intermediate level of SQL knowledge is essential.
Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:-
Proven track record in business analysis, including gathering and documenting business requirements, functional specifications and test scenarios
Ability to translate and document business concepts and requirements
Must have had experience working according to a project plan and delivering technology solutions. Basic to Intermediate level of SQL knowledge is essential
Working knowledge on Axiom product will be desirable, though not mandatory
A sound understanding of the project life cycle - experience working on projects utilising Agile methodology would be advantageous
Strong stakeholder management in order to drive the project forward and ensure milestones are met
Confident self-starter who can work under pressure, using their own initiative and with the drive to see tasks through to completion
Ability to work to aggressive deadlines
Excellent communicator and influence, able to build relationships with colleagues at all levels from a range of departments, business areas and cultures
Initiative and ability to think laterally
Very strong attention to detail.
