Consultant/Senior Consultant - Benchmarking/Application Transformation - BPO/ITeS

- Purpose Be a part of the Benchmarking Practice of the Firm and contribute to the growth of the Firm through working on billable client assignments, internal IP development and go-to-market activities

Functional Responsibilities:

- Responsible for project delivery of billable client assignments related to benchmarking, either standalone or as part of larger sourcing transformation /consulting engagements of large MNCs, Governments and International agencies

- Responsible to assist and/or lead project delivery in business case analysis and financial modelling of Apps Transformation and Apps Management contracts.

- Responsible for internal IP development through building of new capability areas, developing marketing material, and delivery artefacts

- Responsible to identify and pursue sales opportunities, including, new lead generation, proposal response creation and follow-up to closure

- Manage delivery quality by enforcing customer service standards

- Responsible to be up to date on Apps Development practices, DevOps and Agile, especially their commercial models

- Responsible for developing and enhancing delivery processes and artefacts

- Collaborate with peers and team to uphold Corporate Values of the Firm

- Provide coaching, counseling, and mentoring to junior Consultants

Competencie:

- Prior knowledge of Application Solutioning and pricing - including apps portfolio assessment, transformation estimates, and transactional pricing

- Ability to handle high amount of consulting delivery complexity and drive autonomous decision making, as it relates to specific client deliverables

- Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas

Work Experience:

- 4-7 years experience in Technology Transformation Advisory or Digital Advisory or IT Service Provider Experience

- Relevant experience of working with large consulting firms or specialty practices of such firms related to technology outsourcing industry

Certifications:

- Desirable to have industry standard certifications in Agile, ITIL, etc.
