Consultant/Senior Consultant - Analytics - R/SAS/Python - Consulting Firm

We are looking for Consultant / Senior Consultant Analytics in Top Management consulting Firms.

Key competencies:

Execution excellence - Lead at least one client engagement independently. Execute end to end client engagements. Ensure regular client updates & meetings, stakeholder management, any failure or risk analysis of the project, data sources, tracking execution & success metrics is done effectively & efficiently.

Executive Presence - Build deep client relationship, network & be a thought partner. Anticipate business problems & deliver par excellence.

People leadership - Coach & groom the team on gaining knowledge & skills on first principles of analytics techniques, problem-solving, project management, client relationship management.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage stakeholder expectations and understand the business problem from their point of view

Experience :

- Minimum graduate degree with 4 to 9 years of overall experience and a significant experience in analytics projects in relevant areas.

- Education: Preferably an MBA or an Engineer with relevant experience.

- Must have excellent project management skills and have experience managing multiple work streams and projects at one time.

- Technical and domain expertise - Expertise in Python/R plus SQL & advanced analytics/Statistics Techniques such as general linear model, ANOVA, decision trees, linear regression, Bayesian etc.

- Knowledge of marketing or sales analytics is preferable

- Knowledge of analytical techniques - application of the techniques to business problems

- Fluent English is a must (both orally and in writing) and analytical skills

- Customer focus - Should be able to manage multiple stake holders spread across geographies

Good to have:

- Exposure to Marketing, sales and customer analytics based projects, asset performance tracking, CAPEX, ROI, Operational performance measurement and analysis

- Working knowledge of visualization tools like tableau and Qlikview

- Proficient in using various MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access) tools
