Consultant/Senior Consultant/AM/Manager - Taxation - CA

- To handle Appellate Proceedings before CIT (A) and ITAT i.e. preparation of Grounds of Appeal and Statement of Facts, written submissions and paper book.

- Other proceedings like rectification, revision and penalty proceedings.

- Preparation of Income Tax opinions considering the provisions of Act and case laws

- Provide assistance on various prestigious client of Company in litigation (on the issue relating to International taxation, domestic taxation and transfer pricing) at various levels and obtaining the Advance authority.

- To manager local India tax assessment, penalty proceeding and other proceedings. Responsible for filing of Corporate Tax Returns, provisioning of taxation etc.

- Fringe Benefit Tax Due Diligence.

- Preparation of Income Tax opinions considering the provisions of Act and case laws.

- Timely calculation & deposit of TDS.

- Preparation & filing of corporate & individual income tax return

- Computation of quarterly advance tax liability for domestic clients.

- Review of quarterly withholding tax returns

- Tax provisioning for various domestic clients

- Preparation & filing of submission during assessment proceedings

- Individually handling assessment proceedings, appeals before commissioner of income tax appeals.

- Preparation & filing of rectification applications & penalty submissions

- Preparation & filing of appeals before CIT (Appeals) & ITAT & attending hearing regarding the same.
