- Recruiting for a Consultant in Global Clients and Markets team. In this team, the key roles and responsibilities will include supporting Leadership and key account networks by delivering high-quality analysis and other sales enablement support. In the role, you will be required to:
- Global Planning and Leadership reporting: Support the process in entirety including pre and post-planning process by catering to multiple data and Helpdesk requests. Working closely with the Technology team for UAT, data population and requests, query resolution. Performance reporting for key Leadership meetings.
- Support the Commercials Management Function through data analysis, rate-cards management, research support for fee benchmarking and process management.
- Manage an adhoc team of 2-6 people during Global business planning and be responsible for the quality
- Provide support on key-account activities including performance reporting, creation of integrated deliverables (business research and data analysis)
- Manage multiple projects at a given point of time, leading and working with team members, scoping requirements, allocating work, and designing and executing research deliverables related to companies, markets, sectors, financials and competitors
- Establish strong professional relationship with stakeholders/users and drive quality conversations with them through regular connects
- Upskill your team members to add stronger value by providing training and coaching on different projects / activities and reviewing the work performed by the team
- Showcase a great degree of flexibility, steer through complexity/ambiguity and deliver as per the requirements from the user groups
Mandatory Skills :
- Total experience: The candidate must have 5-7 years of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services firm / third-party KPO / specialized research houses, or research divisions of investment banks; with an MBA qualification from a Tier I/II college
Skillset:
- Proficient in business research, especially adhoc/bespoke projects that require scoping
- Adept at application of strategic research frameworks, understanding of finance fundamentals and mining relevant data from various databases
- Strong presentation skills
- A pragmatic approach to problem solving; ability to drive through to an outcome in circumstances of complexity and ambiguity
- Strong analytical skills - ability to understand, interpret and draw key insights from large datasets and able to convey them succinctly, clearly and confidently
- Excellent business communication (structuring, writing, speaking and articulation)
- Strong project management and independent in managing multiple projects/priorities
- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare and Government sectors will be an additional benefit
