15 + Years is mandate ( relevant in Success Factor - 3-4 years is ok)
- Certification and Project management experience is must (Successfactor exp and knowledge important)
- At least 2 end-to end implementations are mandatory

Job Requirements:
- Must have worked on Compensation template creation and copy setting up route maps guidelines budgets field based permissions role based permissions launch and testing of compensation forms form routing setting up Compensation Statements knowledge of decentralized administration
Technical Experience :
- Must be flexible open to change and have a natural ability to manage relationships issues risks escalations and communications .
- Must be able to prioritize and meet tight deadlines in a high visibility environment while identifying and scoping new opportunities . Experience of Integration with other SF modules like Performance Management Employee Central etc.
- Experience in preparation and execution of Test Scenarios Test scripts and Cutover activities.
