Consultant - SAP HCM/Payroll Module

We are looking for SAP HCM Payroll End User to come & join us as SAP Payroll Consultant and grow their career with us.

Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in running the payroll.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Preferably who has worked on any other payroll software/HRMS.

- Practice knowledge on PA, PY, TM and OM Modules.

- Developed ABAP reports in coordination with Functional Team.

- Managed daily support for System Users.

- End user Testing & a part of the implementation process.

- Good in Excel and Documentation.

- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards.

- Exporting all required reports as per entities needs.

- Functional Knowledge on the Indian Statutory (Ptax, PF, Itax, Etc) & Knowledge on Data preparation.

- Suggesting the solutions best suited for the implementation of Client HR Business process.

- Successfully completed Open Sap training for SAP HR for all modules & Certified in SAP HCM. (Certification optional).

- Created organizational units, jobs, task and positions assigned the tasks to positions and integrated all of these into the enterprises organizational plan.

- Customized the basic settings for Personnel Administration.

- Proficient in executing various actions in PA40 on need basis.
