Consultant - SAP Basis & GRC - Big4

We do have urgent opening with our leading BIG4 Clients.

Experience: 3-8yrs

Job Location: Gurgaon

Key requirement:

- MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed college with 3-6 years of SAP experience or Engineering graduate with around 5-8 years of SAP experience on Basis and GRC.

- One end to end SAP Basis and GRC implementation experience is required

- Support experience in SAP Basis and GRC is required.

- Exposure to infrastructure selection would be an additional advantage

- Must have very good business communication skills

- SAP certification would be a plus point.

- Skills in implementation in multi geographies would be an added advantage

- Work experience in a Big4 - PwC, Deloitte or system integrator companies (Infosys, HCL, Siemens, IBM, Accenture) would be an advantage

Job Responsibility:

The candidate:

- Would be required to review the GRC implementation and suggest changes to ensure optimal utilization of the solution

- would be required to execute SAP PMO/ review related engagements with focus on controls framework for application and Infrastructure

- Assist in developing tools to connect with SAP and develop new solutions

- is expected to demonstrate strong business understanding and suggest SAP solutions for various business scenarios

- is expected to be a quick learner, adapt to new client situations quickly and work under a competitive environment

- would be responsible for ensuring quality and timely delivery of projects

- would need to interact with various Head of Departments and CEO level personnel, SAP implementation partner teams, client IT teams and other stakeholders

- is expected to maintain excellent client relationship

- must have problem solving skills, a strong drive and resilience and excellent documentation/ report writing skills
