About Function:
Raw Material Consolidation (RMC) - This function manages raw material business mainly ferrous and non-ferrous commodities.
What you'll be doing:
- Identify and acquire new potential clients for the Aluminium Value Added Products business
- Negotiate commercials ( rates, payment terms etc) with clients
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to develop and execute sales strategies
- Set and achieve individual sales targets
- Collaborate extensively with internal cross-functional teams like Purchase, Operations, Finance, Product etc, in order to drive impactful outcomes
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Aluminium market regulations and compliance requirements
- Contribute to the continuous improvement Aluminium business and RMC function
What will make you a great candidate:
- The candidate should have prior experience of 3-8 years specifically in Aluminium sales; can immediately add value to Sales
- The role requires candidates with an affinity for action and needs to adapt to a fast-moving environment
- Experience in fast-moving B2B sales or B2B startups preferred
- Candidate has to own sales targets for the assigned region and develop a client base for - us in these regions
