About Function :
The function manages raw material business, trading of Aluminum Raw Materials mainly.
What you will be doing:
- Aluminum Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in generating new primary Aluminum ( Ingots, billets, wire rods, foil etc.) business and building relationships with clients. This position requires a strong understanding of Aluminum market and the ability to effectively communicate with clients about their specific needs.
- Develop and implement our GTM strategy by building an nurturing relationship with clients for a sustainable business growth
As an Aluminum Sales Specialist a typical month will include:
- Identify and acquire new potential clients for Aluminum business.
- Negotiate commercials ( rates, payment terms etc.) with clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Set and achieve individual sales targets.
- Collaborate extensively with internal cross functional teams like Operations, Finance, Product etc, in order to drive impactful outcomes.
- Maintain up- to- date knowledge of Aluminum market regulations and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement Aluminum business and RMC function
What will make you a great candidate:
- The candidate should have prior experience of 3- 10 years specifically in Aluminum sales & can immediately add value to Sales
- The role requires candidates with an affinity for action and needs to adapt to a fast moving environment
- Experience in fast moving B2B sales or B2B startups preferred
- Candidate has to own sales targets for the assigned region and develop a client base in these regions
