ANALYTICS CONSULTANT - SALES ANALYTICS
We are looking for ANALYTICS CONSULTANT - SALES ANALYTICS in Bangalore
Skills & Qualifications :
- Have proven competencies in hands-on experience in Data pre-processing, ML Algorithms, Python packages for data science.
- Demonstrated capabilities to run end to end analytics projects from data ingestion to modelling to visualization.
- Desirable to have exposure in NLP, ChatBot development, information retrieval, exposure to developing analytics solutions using Google Cloud Platform or Azure on AWS, etc
- Demonstrated ability to think of solving the problems at scale and in compute efficient ways
- Strong quantitative & analytical skills. Demonstrated abilities to spot issues with customer data and propose alternate approaches to mitigate the problems
- High SQL and Excel proficiency (Mandatory)
- Excellent cross-functional working skills
- Experience with operational process improvement and implementation
- Strong presentation skills and ability to formulate strategic initiatives
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
Good to Have :
- 2-4 experience in Python tools, ML Algorithms
- Exposure to Analytics platforms and ability to build solutions using them
- Business optimization experience
- Sales & Marketing Analytics Experience
- Management consulting experience
- Have strong work ethics
Major Role & Responsibilities :
- Build and manage actionable Sales Analytics solutions and KPIs to continually improve processes - Develop analytics products and manage the feature roadmap for analytics components
- Liaison with product team, delivery team for seamless integration with products & product installations for customers
- Translate the product requirements into analytics components specification
- Project management & timelines tracking
- Help in executing product roadmap and have worked on live projects extensively
- Ability to solution an analytics prototype for new customers if required
- Desirable to have hands-on exposure in tools and technologies
- Willingness to work in demanding environments
- Ongoing support for customer issues in analytics components
