Consultant - Retainership - Corporate Advisory - CA

- Looking for a Consultant Retainer ship who must be a Qualified CA with 4-5 Years of Experience in Corporate Advisory.

- He/ She will assist clients in assessing the strategic fit of a business by analyzing all aspects of a transaction.

- Assessing the projected synergies.

- Project managing the deal cycle.

- Assisting in negotiations.

- Conducting financial modelling.

- Corporate Advisory (Corporate Law, FEMA, SEBI and other corporate laws and taxation) and M & A.

- Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

- Written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent numeracy and mathematical knowledge

- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
