Job Description:

- Anticipate issues in the processes, and take steps in advance to mitigate the risks.

- Self-starter and have a pro-active approach towards work. Identify and implement process improvement ideas, without being asked to.

- Deliver time bound analysis and be able to work in a fast paced environment.

- Work diligently and should have an eye for details for manual/automated attribution and analysis reports.

- Convince and influence others with respect to the results to be obtained.

- Develop, over a period of time, a deep understanding for various attribution models/engines such as Fixed - Income, Equity, Multi-Asset portfolios to proactively provide solutions to the clients.

- Creatively find solutions to analyze different kinds of portfolios.

- In-depth understanding of various financial and investments analysis products such as equity, FI, Multi-asset portfolios.

Qualification: Post graduate, preferably in business or commerce or MBA/CFA/CA
