Candidates Profile:-

- BB Certified/Trained & Tested or Green Belt Certified Mandatory.

- Well versed in Lean Six Sigma Methodology.

- Should possess excellent data analysis skills

- Knowledge of programming in Python / R is a definite asset

- Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, Power point & Minitab.

- Should have hands on experience in usage of Quality methodologies and techniques

- Candidates preferred from a BPM/KPO/Captive/Contact Centre background

- Day/UK Shifts.
