Consultant - Procurement - Power/Utilities Sector - Strategy Consulting Firm

Our client, a global strategy consulting firm is undertaking a large power/utilities project and is looking for a team of experienced procurement experts across categories who can join their core consulting team.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure cost-effective purchase of all materials and services in accordance with the procurement plan

- Devising and using fruitful procurement and sourcing strategies

- Discovering profitable suppliers and initiate procurement partnerships

- Negotiating with external vendors

Requirements:

- Experience working in procurement teams of Power and Utilities

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Candidates with the ability to speak Bahasa would be preferred

This is a contractual opportunity and will be on an initial 12 month full-time contract. While the project team is based out of Singapore, this is a remote engagement and no travel is required.
