We are looking for a Regional PreSalesconsultant for Bangalore location.
We are seeking a proven Presales Consultant who will focus on pre-sales support to the sales force for a new age product based on the IoT technology to medium and large enterprises. The role focusses on working directly with the sales team and articulating to customers the technical features and business benefit of the proposed solution.
Responsibilities
- Assist, attend and present at customer meetings
- Assist sales team in developing offerings and approaches for the solution
- Assist in the preparation of BOQ/RFP/RFI responses
- Work with delivery team to provide solution definition
- Manage transitions from sales to delivery/project kick-off
- Business Insight
- Understand competitor offerings and provide input to the sales team on product positioning and differentiation
- Provide accurate and timely response to customer queries. Assist account manager in assessing account potential by capturing key takeaways from the technical discussion.
Skills Required:
- Social Confidence and Communication Effectiveness to win interest from prospective customers
- Possessing Information Extraction skills from non-transactional sales discussions, validating gathered information, synthesis of diverse data points to understand customer behavior and organization culture, buying style and finally predicting the most likely customer response and decisions.
- Deep technical expertise
Experience
- 5-10 years in presales related to Building automation, facility management solutions, Infrastructure management and similar competitor offerings in the same technology area.
- Experience of working with admin/facilities organizations
- Connects with an ecosystem of consultants, PMC's and architects will be an added advantage
