In our company the future's yours to create!  If you are our Info Security Solutions Architect, you will have a chance to:  - Contribute towards the development of overall Information security strategy and roadmap(s)  - Develop solution architectures and blue prints based on business, technology and security objectives  - Architect enterprise-level security solutions and drive technical design/ implementation  - Serves as a security liaison between various stakeholders and senior/ executive management  - Resolve security architecture/ design issues across multiple teams and managing dependencies between projects  - Focus on addressing top cyber security priorities and funded transformation projects  - Operate as a technical subject matter expert and advise project teams regarding integration with multiple info security technologies  Knowledge and Skills Required:  Demonstrated experience in architecting Information security solutions for large organizations  Strong domain expertise and technology implementation/ integration experience in one or more of the following areas:  - Identity & Access Management  - Cloud Security  - End point Security  - Security Incident and Event Management  - Data Protection  - Network Security  - Application Security  - Encryption and Key Management  - Knowledge of applicable industry standards, leading security practices and regulatory requirements  - Strong understanding of security fundamentals and general security technologies  - Proven track record of successfully managing large, global/enterprise wide programs.  - Excellent communicator, comfortable discussing/consulting with technical and senior business staff and management.  - Strong interpersonal skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.  - Uncompromising personal and professional integrity and ethics.  - Sound decision-making and judgment, especially under pressure.  - Strong ability to motivate and lead team members in a remote/virtual environment.  - Strong organization, prioritization, and rationalization skills.  - Ability to produce and edit messaging and multi-media communications for a variety of target audiences with a high level of attention to detail and creativity.  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES  - Answer to RFI/RFQ/RFP together with the Key Account Sales manager  - Participate in conferences, shows, exhibitions when appropriate and requested  - Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers- met and unmet needs, and recommends optimum solutions, ensuring appropriate support for the proposed architecture.  - Shares with key account sales manager assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines and/or market areas.  - Provides coaching and professional development to company's members  - Opportunistically pursues additional business development opportunities within customer firms, ensures these opportunities are effectively covered and followed by the sales team.  - Monitors R&D/ customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, and alerts the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure.  - Provides training to customers when needed  - If required, acts as a Project Manager for each deal to ensure the final solution is delivered towards customer's expectation and initial proposals  - Follows and shares market technological needs and evolution with Product Line Managers.  Desired Skills and Experience:  - Security professional certifications preferred (such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, SANS/GIAC, CERT) along with either engineering from tier 1 institute or engineering from any institute and MBA Operation/IT from Tier 1 institute  - Technology industry experience  - First-hand experience being employed as a security practitioner  Skills:  Must have:  Business Development Cloud coaching communication communication skills DATA Decision making design Development engineering enterprise event management Executive growth Information Security Interpersonal interpersonal skills Issues lead management Manager Product projects RFI RFP Sales sales manager Technical Technology Training   Working Days: 5 Days a Week (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)  Job Nature :Full Time  Gender: : No Preference  Salary Range : 7 - 13 LPA
