Company : An analytics consulting company with clients across multiple geographies Position : Consultant - Predictive Analytics Location : Ghaziabad (Currently looking for candidates based in Delhi NCR) Experience: 2 - 8 years relevant experience Joining : Immediate to 30 days Specific Responsibilities : a) Devise innovative solutions using Statistical techniques to solve specific client business problems b) Understand business requirements to translate business problems into analytics problems and construct analysis road-map based on the business context c) Build best in class models that lead to solutions to business problems d) Develop good visualization to communicate business insights from analysis and make actionable recommendations e) Independently work on and deliver projects f) Lead a team of analysts as required to deliver on projects g) Communicate with clients and manage the client engagement h) Assist/Coach team to build technical expertise as well as soft skills during the course of projects Experience &amp; Qualification Requirements : a) 2 - 8 years of experience in analytics in BFSI, Healthcare, CPG retail, Manufacturing or e-commerce domains b) Working knowledge of Python and SQL, processing and manipulating large datasets, data cleaning etc. c) Experience of working on any of the cloud platforms like AZURE, AWS, GCP etc. d) Independent delivery of analytics projects from requirement gathering, creating functional design, developing the solution, execution of the same, implementation and handover of the final solution e) Understanding of model interpretation/ explainability f) Good communication skills as the person is required to manage the client relationships and will be doing the key communications. Qualification : - BE/BTech/MTech/MS in STEM areas.
