Consultant - Pharma Analytics - Europe & Japan Markets

Client :

Our client is one of the leading global pharmaceutical companies and is responsible for selling their products in over 100 countries. They are scaling up their commercial services team and are looking to hire analytics people coming from pharma, life sciences and healthcare background who have experience of working for UK, European or APAC markets.

As part of this role, you will be required to :

1. Build end to end analytics solutions across multiple therapeutic areas

2. Work on Physician segmentation and use predictive analytics for better targeting

3. Collaborate with global BU in providing high quality analytical support that can drive Customer Experience

4. Work on patient level data and create analytics solutions to determine therapeutic/drug switch

5. Work closely with the leadership to grow the overall healthcare practice

6. Contribute to research, white papers, blog, and other development activities

7. Work on project related to clinical site selection, clinical sites monitoring, sales force effectiveness and incentive compensation

8. Engage with International stakeholders and adapt to different market maturity stages and business needs

Successful Candidate :

As a successful candidate, you need to have :

1. 3-8 years of relevant experience in pharma/life sciences/healthcare analytics domain for European, UK or APAC markets

2. B.Tech./B.E./Master's Degree/M.Phil./MBA from reputed institute(s)

3. Experience of working on external patient data sets

4. Experience of working on predictive analytics solutions

5. Experience in commercial operations like sales territory alignment, sales force compensation

6. Strategy, multi-channel strategy

7. Experience in R&D operations like clinical site selection, clinical sites monitoring will be good to have

8. Hands on experience in tools like VBA, SQL, and SAS.

9. Excellent interpersonal skills
