- Insurance (Property &amp; Casualty) Domain consultant will be a part of the Global Consulting Team - Responsible for working on Strategic Consulting engagements with a key role of understanding Insurance clients requirements and defining key solutions &amp; offerings. - Lead opportunities and assignments from identification, pre-sales, bid management, client management through to closure of deal - Support sales teams in engagement pursuits, developing project objectives, scope, approach, timeline. - Identify follow-on work and lead proposal development for follow-on work, abide by quality assurance guidelines governing the engagements. Draft and review responses to proposals, draft contracts, and statements of work for finalization - Own Domain consulting and Program management for acquiring new business and successful implementation of IT projects for various Insurance offerings/clients. - Work closely with Technical Architects for successful implementation of projects - Manage allocation of resources and assigning work streams to a particular client project, seeking validation from the Client - Oversee project work streams, providing project management expertise - Responsible for managing delivery of all elements of the project plan within promised time frames and budget - Prepare, deliver and obtain sign-off for client-ready documentation - Present client deliverables and facilitating client workshops - Line management responsibility for consultants or analysts Extensive experience in - Business Analysis / Domain Consulting - Insurance operations and systems, Requirements discovery and definition, Gap Study and Effort estimation- Systems and User Acceptance testing- Solution strategy definition- Product/Solution comparison, assessment and recommendation - Should have proven Ability to design and implement solutions to solve complex operations and IT problems and consistently meet client expectations Relationship Management:&nbsp; - Ability to establish relationships with client executives and recognized as an Insurance subject matter expert. Should have Expertise in - - Consulting and Business analyses - Solution proposition preparation and presentation - Application/ System demonstration - Conference room pilot/ Proof of concept - Gap Analysis/ Effort Estimations Should have expertise in Delivery and implementation support for insurance administration systems supporting multiple aspects of the Life and Health insurance operations including - Product Configuration - Point of Sale - New business and Underwriting - Policy servicing - Claims management - Reinsurance - Sales and Distribution Management You will be involved in planning and strategy for Insurance systems initiatives and work closely with internal insurance organizations - Product management group - Solutions engineering group - Delivery units
