OD Consultant
Project Management:
- Assist in converting the approved proposal and contract document into a work breakdown structure to reflect the accountabilities of each consultant and meet the expectations of the client.
- Accountable to ensure that the progress of various initiatives in the project are tracked and monitored in detail with RED flags and escalations where necessary.
- Engage with the customer teams to prevent slippage in the project plans and schedules.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Accountable for ensuring that the customer experience and satisfaction is high (90+%) by adherence to quality standards and timely service delivery.
Development Operations:
- Collaborate with the project team and the stakeholders to develop high quality solutions that address the identified problem statements.
- Accountable for anchoring the initiatives and coordinating the smooth functioning of all projects.
- Jointly accountable with the Project Consulting team for strategizing, planning, developing and delivering commitments made to the customer.
- Prepare and deliver the required and assigned documentation in a timely manner.
- Compliance & Reporting
- Drive the project team to ensure compliance with project plans and schedules.
- Accountable for developing and delivering reports as per defined frequencies in line with the set standards and guidelines.
