Job Description:

Please Note: THIS IS A CONTRACT REQUIREMENT FOR 3 to 6 MONTHS at ABU DHABI

1) Working with clients in India and abroad in the area of operational risk management. It will include developing the most adaptable Operational Risk Framework for the client, assisting in the implementation of the same and also functionally assisting the client to implement operational risk solutions to this end.

2) Conducting process review, facilitating compliance with procedures and rules, analysing the impact of regulatory change, advising and providing guidance to the banks with regards to the compliance and drafting new policy and procedures for various units in the banks.

3) Working on Internal projects for the development of various risk based solutions and thereby planning, consulting, integrating and implementing the solutions for the clients.

4) Managing delivery of assignments with minimal supervision, provide pre –sales support, attending conference and seminars to promote thought leadership in the area of operational risk management.

Job Specifications:

1) Experience in internal audit, control or risk management. Knowledge of operational risk and the regulatory environment.

2) Clear and effective communication skill is essential part of the job.

3) Extensive international travel mainly towards middle east countries is an integral part of the job.

4) Strong analytical experience with the ability to solve problems and communicate at all levels.

5) Sound knowledge of Risk Management framework i.e Basel II, SOX and their application.

6) Sound knowledge of various policies and procedures in the Bank and their compliance in line with the guidelines are desirable.
