We're working with some of the largest financial services brands as well as the large consulting brands. Our client, a global management consulting firm are currently working with an Oil and Gas client on large capital project for an end-to-end project management of the project. The client has invested 3 billion USD to increase the production and our client is helping them in development of plan, implementation and execution of the same. Our client is looking for a consultant to join their project team. The consultant will be responsible for managing various aspects of the project. Belowsummarisethe functions the consultant will be required to perform - Responsible for managerial responsibilities towards the team - Responsible to lead project planning and delivery effort from the domain team - Effective governance and controls (reporting, budget, risk and issue management) - Manage overall module while working with rest of the BCG team (including Partners) - Effective communication and senior stakeholder management Key skills required are: - Minimum 2 years of experience in O&amp;G industry (Upstream experience preferred); - Looking for consultant from Industry or consulting background; - Looking for smart graduate with strong go getter skill set; - Good communication &amp; client management- This role is a client facing role hence, would prefer consultants with experience prior client facing role. The role is in Gurgaon and will be initially for a duration of 12 months (subject to further extension based on performance)
