Consultant - Oil & Gas (Upstream) - Global Consulting Firm - Contractual Role

Our client, a global consulting firm, is looking for a consultant to support them on an Upstream Project with an Oil and Gas client. The consultant will closely work with the client senior leadership to ensure timely deliveries of various projects and also increase overall production.

Responsibilities:

1. Assess production management capability and identify gaps and weaknesses

2. Deliver critical missing components of an end-to-end integrated solution

3. Deploy processes and cyclical workflows to optimize performance

4. Monitor remedial activity to quantify the value delivered against predicted benefits

Key experience needed:

1. Previous experience working on upstream projects in the Oil & Gas industry is mandatory

2. 3-10 years of experience in industry/consulting

3. A post graduation degree

4. Excellent communication skills

The initial role will be on a 12-month contract which can be extended further with the consulting firm based on performance.

The location for the project will be Gurgaon and the selected consultant would need to travel to the client site in Surat as per the project requirement.
