Consultant - Oil & Gas - Global Consulting Firm - Contractual Role

Our client, a global consulting firm, is looking for a consultant to support them on an Upstream Project with an Oil and Gas client.

Responsibilities:

1. Assess production management capability and identify gaps and weaknesses

2. Deliver critical missing components of an end-to-end integrated solution

3. Deploy processes and cyclical workflows to optimize performance

4. Monitor remedial activity to quantify the value delivered against predicted benefits

Key experience needed:

1. Previous experience working on upstream production improvement projects in the Oil & Gas industry is mandatory

2. 4-10 years of experience in industry/consulting

3. A postgraduation degree from a top-tier university is mandatory

4. Excellent communication skills

The initial role will be on a 12-month contract which can be converted to a full-time role with the consulting firm based on performance. The selected consultant would need to travel to the client site in Delhi and Gurgaon every week (once the situation allows).
