Job Description

- Lead & mentor Green Belts to deliver targeted results.

- Impart Lean, Six Sigma and various Quality tools trainings.

- Identify improvement projects. Develop dashboard for management review.

- Implement robust review mechanisms to track progress of initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach and train line managers and Senior leaders

- Develop training plans, deliver training and lead workshops

- Support the design and deployment of complex, global and massive stakeholder plans

- Lead, guide, or support operations science delivery teams during programme/project delivery or in the context of the operations science community

- Lead the community of operations science professionals

- Select, train, assess and coach Black Belts and Master Black Belts

- Direct development of curriculum to build operation science and change leadership capability throughout the company. Develop communication materials, tools, and instructional support to develop broader lean 6 sigma capability.

- Develop plans to meet capacity needs, mitigate implementation risks, and corrective action plans to recover jeopardy situations.

Key Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA, ideally in combination with technical or organizational behavior degrees); specialization in statistics an added advantage.

- Certified Black Belt from reputed institute. Proficiency in MS Excel desirable.

- Total work experience of 8-14 years with at least 3 years in a full time Black Belt role.

- Lean Six Sigma consultancy background preferred. Must have completed at least 4 Black Belt projects.

- Successful operations science experience, with proven knowledge and strong understanding of corporate organizational behaviour, human resources, and communications concepts, approaches, tools and methodologies.

- General telecom / IT / IPS industry knowledge preferred.

- Excellent written and oral communications skills at senior executive level.

- Strong project management skills.
