- Successfully created and checked content, gained appropriate sign-offs and coordinated production of all corporate and business unit communication materials like brochures, flyers, case studies, whitepapers etc.
- Developed communication content and helped in execution of various marketing campaigns Ensured adherence to branding and other guidelines for communication with Corporate Marketing team
- Responded to queries and RFIs from Analysts and other groups
- Planed and executed marketing events and roadshows
- Strategy Task Force (that reports to the President) to initially help define the long term strategy. S/he will have a strong business analyst background and should be able to conduct industry / market research on trends, competition, technology, taking direction from the Strategy Task Force. Synthesizing that market intelligence into actionable strategy, will be critical.
- S/he will interact with the customers and internal Sales / Marketing groups as well as the leadership team. S/he may also be involved in the evaluation of projects and proposals together with the leadership team, in order to help with strategy definition and execution.
- S/he will maintain connections with the Commercial, Services, and Development teams to track progress on strategy execution.
- Customer Satisfaction Index analysis and CSI model deployment
- Savings through Automation, Lean and Productivity Improvement Conduct internal audits as per requirement. Support in closure of NCs and ensure low ageing
- Deploy change Management and track compliance/effectiveness
- Effective deployment of FMEA, QCP, SLA Standardization/Base-lining
- Ensure Cmatrix/Trigger implementation as per plan
- Implement control charts, Forecasting and FTE Estimation - monitor compliance and effectiveness
- The individual needs to enjoy dealing with ambiguity and helping synthesize and communicate complex ideas to a wide variety of audiences.
- Experience & Skill-set Requirements : Strong business school background (ISB, IIM, XLRI, Jamnalal Bajaj) with at least two years of industry experience
- Proven track record of successful strategy development and implementation
- Experience in the IT or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage - not a must
- Fluent in English with superior communications and influencing skills
- Independent way of working, solution oriented, goal oriented
- Team player - A strong will to develop and to learn
- Willingness to travel globally.
