2. Developing relevant Research tools for qualitative & quantitative research research studies
3. Executing customized projects and service clients on day-to-day basis. a. To be involved with client right from the start to end b. Update clients on progress of study on regular basis. c. Writing report and Present of findings to client
4. Collection & Tracking of customer feedback in order to improve the product & delivery mechanism
5. Dealing with set of external research and field agencies for B2B, B2C and secondary research a) Monitoring field agency work timely completion and quality check b) Briefing & Training of field staffs
6. Draw plans for development of junior team members, train & mentor them on research tools & techniques
7. Collaborate with other verticals including strategic/development consultancy verticals to offer Joint Products/Engagement Models on a case-to-case basis.
8. Work seamlessly with support functions like Commercial/Compliance/HR/IT etc.

10. Market research on Various Real Estate Asset Classes and Infrastructure & allied sectors like Retail, Hospitality, Building Construction materials like Steel, Cement, Tiles & Fittings, BMS/BAS etc. a. Types of Research: i. Product & Price, User & Attitude, Customer Satisfaction, Brand Communication & Benchmarking etc ii. Market Sizing & Demand Estimation, Market Mapping, Market Entry Strategy, Go/No-Go studies, Competition Landscape etc iii. Impact Assessment, Monitoring & Evaluation and Real Estate/Infrastructure Policy etc b. Stakeholders: Consumers/Potential Customers of Real Estate Assets, Developers, Funding Institutions, Brokers, Influencers, Corporates, Manufacturers & Suppliers of various products used in Real Estate
Experience:
MBA from reputed Business School / Post Graduate in Economics/Statistics with 4-5 years market research based consulting experience is essential.
Candidate with working experience in MR agency and having exposure in quantitative & qualitative research will be essential. Travelling experience to other destinations for meetings/conducting research is necessary. Knowledge of Real Estate /Retail/ Building Constructions & associated sectors will be added advantage.
