Responsibilities: Research Management: oversee and be responsible for on-going custom research work for research projects, including: - Team and Development: The Consultant will focus on self-development and sharing knowledge, contributing to the development of the skillset of team members and external contractors - Mentoring associate consultants via day-to-day knowledge transfers, offering immediate feedback and applied training activities, when necessary, e.g., explaining Excel or PPT functionality. - Assisting and occasionally running team and ICA training sessions on key areas for improvement or areas of expertise. - Participate in certain portions of new hiring when deemed necessary by Consulting Manager - Execute on, large, global, repeat jobs and repeat client business. - Review repeat, or extension proposals for CGBD regarding clients with whom you have previously worked - Visit prospective clients in order to help explain our methodology and close new business for our department - Participate in and run trainings for other departments regarding Consulting capabilities and recent project successes What you need to have: - Bachelors or Masters degree with proven research, consulting and/or analytics expertise with at least 7-9 years of work experience in an agency or client environment - Industry experience in FMCG, consumer, retail or trade sectors and niche topic areas like sustainability desired - Experience of building strategic analysis, presentations and report writing - Strong experience in presenting, interacting, and working with C-suite of clients - Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) - Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills - Knowledge of other research methodologies or data analytics is a PLUS What is in Store for You ? - An opportunity to lead and strategize hiring at national & international level - A high-performance culture with phenomenal career progression. - Work with Senior stakeholders
