Consultant / Manager - Valuation Services

The role will include the following activities :

- Quickly developing an understanding of the industry, the business operations and its key drivers.

- Interpreting and analyzing of the financial statements, annual reports, management presentations and business plans

- Development of various types of financial models to value debt and equity for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions.

- Perform various valuation methods: comparable companies, precedents, NAV, and DCF.

- Proficiency with relative valuations and market multiples

- Conduct preparation and review of materials used in the financing of clients, including investment memoranda, management presentations and pitch books.

- Good working knowledge of Intrinsic valuations (creating and reviewing DCF models);

- Developing buy side and sell side pitches, valuation of companies;

- Assumes responsibility for quality control and accuracy of client deliverables

- Writes complex valuation reports and summarizes analyses and conclusions

- Manage, develop, train and provide feedback to team members

- Create presentations for client portfolios.

- Preparing quality deliverables within agreed timeliness

- Affinity for current events, critical issues, and relevant news.
