Consultant/Manager - Strategy - M&A (for Female/LGBTQ only)

We are looking for Tier 1 MBA only (full-time) grads with 3+to 6+ years of post-MBA exp in merger strategy (vertical/horizontal) projects for IT/ Tech firms for diversity segment.

Experience in multiple stages of the merger and acquisition life cycle, specially focused on IT Due Diligence and IT Post Merger planning and/or execution experience

- Experience in technology strategy/advisory role in majority of the following areas: IT processes, governance, applications, infrastructure, cloud technology, and cyber-security

- Understanding of technology architecture across application, data, infrastructure and integration and ability provide a point of view on reliability, vulnerability and scalability of IT environment

- Ability to identify gaps and risk associated with IT integration, IT maturity and IT enablement and provide recommendations risk mitigation in the M&A context

- Adept at financial analysis and reporting, market analysis, and gathering competitive intelligence, especially around M&A activity.
