Our client is a leading Retail giant (US based) existing since last 70 Years.

Role- Consultant/Manager- Marketing Analytics + Pricing

Years of Experience- 4-8 Years Relevant (Retail & Pricing experience plus)

Job location- Bangalore

Education- Tier 1/ Tier II preferably (Preferably PG's M.Sc/M.A)

Generic Job Details:

- relevant experience in statistical modeling with SAS SQL experience with relevant exposure in Retail Domain.

- Having deep expertise of advanced analytics and data mining tools and methods.

- The principle purpose is the creation of advanced analytics and insights in order to drive stakeholder/enterprise value. This person will also have responsibility for ensuring that analyses and insights are accurate & impactful.

In addition, Analytics personnel will work closely with the business peers to create holistic insights and recommendations that drive business performance. This individual will also work across Analytic verticals and be accountable for setting consistent analytic methodologies and best practices for the enterprise.

- The Lead Analyst is primarily responsible for serving as an analytics expert by translating business problems into analytic design and performing the mathematical and statistical analysis or model building as appropriate. The role must apply knowledge of data concepts and link it to the creation of relevant analytic designs and make business recommendations.

- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, Applied Quantitative or related field plus 7 years experience in applied advanced analytical role or Master degree plus 5 years experience in an applied advanced analytical role.

- 3+ years of experience working with analytic software (e.g., Base SAS, SAS Enterprise Miner, Enterprise Guide) and performing advanced data modeling, data mining and exploratory data analysis (e.g., linear/logistic regression, ARIMA, Cluster Analysis)

- Experience using a querying language (e.g., SQL)
