Consultant/Manager - Finance Transformation - Financial Services

You are an MBA with innovative and pragmatic thinking and strong interpersonal skills with 7-10 years of strategy, transformation, process reengineering and process excellence experience in the Insurance (Health, General & life Insurance) domain.

Key Responsibility Areas:

- Contribute to strategy and business transformation initiatives

- Conduct primary/ secondary research for market assessment, competitive analysis and financial models for Insurance institutions

- Define and deliver customer journeys

- Suggest new features and product innovations whenever necessary based on understanding of consumer behavior

- Monitor customer funnel, identify new levers of growth and apply them to the business

Job Qualifications :

- MBA from a premier Institute Graduate

- B. E / B. Tech (open to all Specializations), B. Com, B.A (Economics) with no backlogs
