A result-oriented, proactive person with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Over 5 years of experience in leading IT companies. Currently responsible for End to end commercial contract management including pricing, commercial solution, forecasting, contracts and project governance.

Experienced in orchestrating RFX's creating proposal response, value proposition and concept paper for global clients. Adept in preparing the bid plan, bid budgets, ensuring process adherence for response submission.

Also practised customer visit management and account planning and new business development for European clients.

Duties & Responsibilities :

1. Pricing:

- Pre Sales SPOC for sales, delivery and bid management teams.

- Preparing bid P&L, rate card, cash flow statement for opportunities

- Commercial modeling for various types of work T&M, Fixed Price, Hybrid (Gain Share, Bonus/Penalty).

- Review pricing solution, T&C's and Professional Services

- Vendor selection, vendor quotations, rate analysis for Bought Out Items.

- Managing Contract Risk from RFP stage until the realization of cash by working with internal teams like finance, presales, bid management, sales, procurement, legal.

2. Contract Management :

- Support in review and execution of MSA, NDA, LOI, SOW, Vendor Agreements, change requests, work orders.

- Maintain, protect and enforce contractual rights & obligations over contract lifecycle.

- Contract risk assessment both pre and post negotiation on the commercials. Also, work with delivery functions to manage the risk in the contract by putting governance structures and MIS reporting

- Analyze significant and/or unique contract requirements special provisions terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations and corporate policies and business unit procedure

3. Project P&L Commercial Governance :

- Governance and management of contract during service delivery, customer PO tracking, milestone capturing, invoicing, budgeting and revenue accruals and supporting finance and PMO function to track EBITDA of service delivery

- Risk Mitigation and Risk Control- Monitoring project implementation as per Contract Terms and Conditions

- Implementing an effective change management process in accordance with contractual guidelines and maximizing top line.

4. Reporting:

- Maintain a dashboard along with the bid manager for all ongoing and new opportunities in the account.

- Prepare cost budget and monthly, quarterly forecast, Reporting and Analysis of monthly Income statements.

- Prepare periodic reports, designing templates and trackers, dashboards, documents, budgeting and forecasting.

- Preparation of presentation for senior management on reporting the previous month's financial performance.

- Implementation & review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) on a regular basis.

- Supervision and Mentoring the New joiners of the team to enable Training and smoother knowledge transfer.
