Consultant/Manager - Black Belt - BFSI

Job Title: Black Belt (Consultant) Manager(Only female candidates)

Reporting to: Director - Lean Six Sigma Projects

Location: Bengaluru

Work time : 1:30 pm to 10:30 pm

Job Role:

Black Belts identify and execute improvement projects for enhancing operational excellence and executing on transformation agenda. Key responsibilities are:

- Independently lead organization wide transformational projects for efficiency, simplification and risk control

- Create process maps to understand process layout

- Manage multiple Black belt projects simultaneously

- Drive change and work with business partners to implement recommendations in time to achieve the project goals

- Advise senior stakeholders on improvement implementation strategy

- Proactively partner with business teams to identify and drive improvement projects

- Mentor improvement projects initiated by operations staff

- Design and execute six sigma and lean training programs for employees

Minimum Qualifications:

- Full time Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, science or Accounting.

- Experience in executing cross border improvement projects for at least last 3 years

- Ability to interact with senior management and multiple stakeholders

- Black Belt or Master Black Belt certified. Certification should be Jan 2015 or later

- Experience in banking, financial or insurance industry is a must. Retirement planning or investment industry experience preferred.

- Minimum 12 to 15 years of experience with atleast past 5 to 7 years in operational excellence role in BFSI industry

- Good six sigma and lean tools knowledge

- Good presentation, analytical and problem solving skills

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:

- Work shift have considerable overlap with USA day time

- Flexibility is required to engage with US teams to drive projects

- This is an individual contributor role
