Consultant / Manager for leading Big 4

Skill Set - CA and CISA/ Oracle Apps for Manager

CA and SAP FICO / Oracle Apps. / SAP GRC AC & PC for Consultant

Experience:

- 2+ years qualified CA (1st attempt) or Engg. (Top Tier) with 3+ years of experience (Min. 60 % Marks)

- Prior implementation experience or at-least 2-3 years experience working as a functional super user. (6~7 years for manager)

- Candidates with SAP / Oracle certification will be preferred.

Job requirement :

Business Process Risk Review:

- Carry out consultancy engagements related to operations improvements, process improvements, risk and controls review across various ERP applications.

- Advice on improvement opportunities in ERP systems and bring in better controls.

- Perform configurable, process and access control reviews for clients.

- IT, Process and Vendor Risk Management.

- Preparing client presentations / reporting on findings.

Other Practice Activities:

- Assisting in preparation of proposals / approach papers

- Knowledge management

Manager (Only):

- Key Account Management, Team Management and Coaching.

- Should be independently able to handle projects and lead teams.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent Communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word.

Location: Gurgaon

- The above requirement is immediate.

- Work profile requires extensive travel across the country and overseas.

- The above position does not involve working SAP / Oracle Support/ Roll out/ Implementations assignments.
