Legal Recruiter ( Consultant)
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
2. Coordinate and update the consultants regarding the vacancies, requirements, schedules, and feedback.
3. Screen candidate's resumes and job applications
4. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
5. Assess applicants- relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitude
6. Maintain and update the candidate database
Requirements:
1. Knowledge of full life-cycle recruiting components, including effective sourcing, behavioural & motivation-based interviewing, employment laws, salary trends, and relationship management
2. Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
3. Familiarity with computing skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and HR databases
4. Hands-on experience with recruiting software
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Strong decision-making skills
