Responsible for managing and drafting all Internal policies, customer policies, Privacy policies, etc. at group level. - Advising internal stakeholders on day-to-day legal issues/queries for conducting business activities. Undertaking research on various law points related to company operations, license requirements, and international expansion. - Responsible for coordinating with external lawyers from tier-one law international and national firms for various opinions, advisory and compliance-related matters. - Responsible for effective legal management including briefing, summarizing, coordinating and Billing of External Advocates and Advisors on projects
