Learning - Consultant, (Contractual For 6 - 9 Months )   PURPOSE OF THE JOB:   Create, deliver and measure the effectiveness of long-term learning strategy in line with company business priorities. The incumbent will build & deliver best-in-class learning solutions to build capability in organizational leadership and restaurant management, establishing the North Star of - Leader as Teacher.  JOB FUNCTIONS  As suggested below, but not limited to:   (i) Leadership Development  - Build CXO succession through a six-month cohort program for senior leaders in association with ISB / IIM-A focusing on strategic acumen, organizational leadership and trade off based decision making in business  - Executive Coaching - run external/ internal Executive Coaching programs for select leaders as required.  - Build capability in Operations through learning interventions, for example, Heart styles, Sales Capability, and Commercial Acumen.  - Learning FEST - Identify organization-wide learning themes and put together programs to elevate capability in areas of Influencing, Communication, Collaboration etc.  (ii) Support in Global Regional Development Projects  - Adopt & Adapt global Learning programs to the India context (e.g. from Australia etc)   - Support in building & running global programs e.g. World Class Operations (WCO) Model/ Ops College  KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIRED  EDUCATION: MBA (HR)  EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications):   - Minimum Experience of 12 - 14 years in successfully developing and delivering Learning Solutions for Org. Leadership.   - Strong conceptualization, execution and coaching skills.   - Effective Stakeholder management by consulting and influencing.  COMPETENCIES:  - STEP CHANGE THINKER:  a) Is quick to see core issues in complex situations.  b) Comes up with multiple solutions rather than being satisfied with only one answer.   - KNOW HOW BUILDER  a) Is persistent in overcoming barriers that get in the way of the building know how.  b) Knows how to learn from experience and coaches team to do the same.  - Networks with others outside of their team to always stay on top of different perspectives and views.  ACTION DRIVER:  - Demonstrates a sense of urgency and focuses on excellence in order to achieve results that impact the customer.  - Actively seeks know-how to make healthy decisions.   PEOPLE GROWER:  - Provides positive, uplifting, constructive coaching that helps others perform their best.
