Mandatory Skills:

- Excellent communication skills

- Proficiency in understanding of the complete training cycle

- Hands on experience with TNA, training effectiveness measurement, stand up delivery amd project management

- At least 3 years of experience of content design and delivery of soft skill modules: communication, conflict management, time management, performance conversations etc

- Ability to discuss learning needs with stake holders, analyse needs, research independently and come up with the right learning intervention

- Hands an experience of having handled an LMS

- Experience of having worked with training vendors for delivery of courses/learning solutions

- In depth knowledge of contemporary learning technologies, MIS/reporting related to learning at an organizational level

- Position oneself as an HR Adviser and be able to recommend solutions to stakeholders

- Be able to have effective conversations with employees as well as stake holders in the context of learning

- Be able to design and implement communication strategies for L&D initiatives

- Be comfortable in handling internal social media tools/forums and leverage them for Learning initiatives

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Should have delivered courses for Junior employees

- Experience with a product company would be a plus

- Experience in culture and engagement related initiatives

- Advanced usage of MS office

- Awareness of industry trends with regard to L&D, experience of varied L&D interventions like gamification, interactive WBTs, social media/app based learning

Mandatory Behavioral Attribute:

- The ideal person for this position should be a confident communicator, able to connect with employees, conceptualize learning solutions, project manage L&D initiatives rolled out in multiple locations.

- The individual should have had a fair understanding of organizational communication and engagement strategies and have a flexible approach to the role, be willing to pick up a project and go with the flow.

-Should be open to travel

Experience and Academic Background:

- A post graduate/ MBA

- Graduates with relevant experience can also apply

- A certification on Instructional Designing/content designing will be an advantage
