Consultant - Learning & Development - Insurance

Hiring for one of our Global Financial client at their Bangalore office for a L&D coordinator with extensive EXP in LMS, Project management, Leaning design and hands on experience with learning tools:

Roles and Responsibilities:

- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in learning and development, with a specific focus on digital learning solutions.

- Proficiency in various learning authoring tools.

- Collaborate closely with learning designers and tower leads to construct learning proposals that address incoming learning requirements.

- Create innovative, contemporary visual designs for various learning materials, including eLearning modules, videos, and classroom presentations.

- Develop digital solutions using instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

- Pilot learning products, actively seek feedback, and iterate on solutions to deliver the most optimal learning experience for our audience.

- Investigate and evaluate the applicability of emerging technologies such as Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) in relevant projects.

- Proven technical acumen, including experience with eLearning applications.
