Consultant - Leadership/Organization Development

Humancontext is looking for empanelment of professional OD and Leadership consultants for its vibrant Organizational Effectiveness Practice.

We are looking at consultants with relevant certifications , training credentials and experience. Indicative requirements include.

1. Experience of conducting facilitated workshops on multiple leadership capacity building thematic.

2. Trained in one or more behavioral assessment tools and related interventions such as - Hogan / Big 5 / MBTI / Firo etc.

3. Trained in small group / large group facilitation skills

4. ISAB / Sumedha / Tavistock / Aastha certifications / expsure is desirable.

The consultants will be part of assignments for various clients as per requirement. The remunerations and perks will be based on market standards and skillset requirements.
