Consultant - IT Software Procurement Expert

Qualifications : BE/Btech in IT/Computers

- Facilitate in developing RFP/ Protocols/ Documents for the engagement of vendors, identify and empanel vendors and ensure contractual performance of vendors and associate teams

Additional Information

- B.E./B.Tech./MCA/MBA or Four Years Graduate Program in Computers/IT or equivalent from a recognized Institute/University

Required Qualification :

Bachelor of Engineering - Bachelor of Technology (B.E./B.Tech.)

- Lead Procurement considering cost prudence, budget adherence, cost savings through prompt, efficient and cost-effective procurement of the right quality products/ services

- Execute full sourcing from supplier selection, RFP/Bid review, negotiation, contract execution

- negotiate purchase agreements and contracts and ensure procurement remains within the approved budget focusing on quality, delivery, cost containment and process improvement

- Supports as necessary, contractual terms and conditions for review by legal, leveraging latest thinking in contracting methods to minimize risk and maximize advantage

- Perform risk management for contracts and agreements
