Job Title: Consultant HR Recruitment (IT)

Location: Chennai (ECR - Neelangarai)

Salary - 8-10 LPA

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for recruitment for clients in the IT sector.

- Managing the entire recruitment cycle and close the position.

- Sourcing resumes through job portals, head hunting, references, networking.

- Briefing candidate regarding job description, company profile.

- Explaining candidates about different rounds of interview from introduction round till final HR round and coordination with the candidates.

- Contacting candidates, following-up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline.

- Scheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews.

- Maintaining timely documentation of all conversations with candidates within our internal database.

- Assisting in generating leads from conversations with candidates.

- Posting job descriptions on job boards, and tracking posting status and results.

- Applicant must be proficient in successfully using LinkedIn and other professional social networking sites to find and recruit candidates is highly desired.
