- Crossover Catalyst is a search firm for the social sector, rooted in the belief that impact oriented organizations play a critical role in solving some of India's most pressing problems, and importing high quality leadership from outside the sector is an important enabler in creating scale and enhancing impact for non-profits.

- Crossover Catalyst seeks to facilitate this process of transitioning talent through finding the right people, understanding their aspirations, connecting them to opportunities that align with their passion areas, and helping them transition into impactful roles.

- In the last 7 years, we have served over 300 impact sector organizations, social enterprises, think tanks and academic institutions - including some of the most prominent in the country - and have transitioned over 130 individuals into senior leadership and Board roles in the sector. Our clients value us for our independence, for our judgement, and for our respect for their time.

- Crossover Catalyst is a small team of 5. We take on a select number of clients and immerse deeply in the work. We are looking to add a team-mate to support our growing client base.

- Your work will involve supporting client mandates through research and interfacing with candidates and organizations. A strong ability to work well with people, good judgement, working with a circle of trusted colleagues, and excellent writing skills are required attributes.

- If you have a few years of search/HR experience, an undergrad/post grad degree, get energy from interpersonal interactions, and want to be part of a small entrepreneurial entity that enables learning, supports personal growth, and provides the ability to have impact in the social sector, write to us with your resume and a brief note indicating your interest.
