- 12-22 years of HR functional /business process experience

- Required exposure to the entire Hire to Retire cycle including recruitment, talent management, performance management, employee life cycle management, learning and development, benefits and compensation management

- Experience in working on large scale HR transformation projects in complex environments (multi location, multi-business)

- Experience of consultative work environment across industry sectors, preferably Retail, Mfg, Hospitality, Telecom, Energy &Utilities etc desirable

- Experience in advising / working with corporations on HR transformation at the CXO level

- Experience in using ERP products or ERP know-how is an advantage

- Experience with BPM tools such as Visio, ARIS, Bizagi etc. is desirable

- Master's degree in HR or MBA (with specialization in HR)

Key Responsibility

Work from home

- Understand/evolve Industry-specific HR Business Value Chain

- Lead the HR process stream to understand current HR processes, develop high level process maps and identify improvement opportunities

- Identify HR best practices applicable to relevant situations and develop solution/ implementation plans to execute process improvements

- Develop the future target operating model for HR

- Help with developing business case for HR transformation including cost benefit and risk analysis

- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, as well as standardize and harmonize processes

- Identify opportunities for leveraging technology/ERP in the HR space

- Develop detailed prioritized roadmap for executing improvement opportunities,

Key Competencies :

- Consulting skills and proven track record of executing advisory engagements

- Excellent communications skills - both oral and written

- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

- Should be detail oriented with a business function and process outlook

- Ability to connect with clients both at mid and senior management levels

- Ability to look at the larger picture and connect the dots

- Understanding of HR practices and localized nuances across geography
